Dredger shipping from Alexandria to Antwerp
This project was divided into 2 Jobs done simultaneously in different ports of loading which wasn’t easy but successfully accomplished by our team located in the 2 sites .
Scope of Work for JOB No.1 via Grimaldi as follows :
- Unloading 2 Buckets on 2 *40' Mafi at Alexandria port Dimensions : 1 Bucket (L4.00 x W4.70 x H3.40mtr) 38000 kgs 1 Bucket (L3.80 x W4.60 x H 2.70mtr) 29000 kgs
- Lashing & securing the Buckets onto the Mafia Cntrs
- Wood Fumigation
- Port handling & operations
Scope of Work for JOB 2 via Hamburg-Sud as follows :
- Unloading 2 Boom cylinders 19200 kgs (L6.50mtr x D 700mm) each + 8 Bucket teeth (seize 200) abt. 650 kgs per piece +1 Inlead guiding sheave 19950 kgs ((ø1150 x 180 mm) + 1 Stick cylinder 15500 kgs ( L5.00 mtr x D 500mm) from Low Bed Trailers into 3* 40 Open top containers at Dekheila port .
- Stuffing the cargo inside the Open top Containers + Lashing & Securing .
- Fumigation inside the port
- Port Handling and operations
