Job description
We are looking for a sales manager who has a freight forwarding vast experience .This positions seeks a candidate who has strong relationships with the carriers either shipping lines or airlines to be able to negotiate competitive pricing as a strong buying power for the clients .The candidate must have a strong database of Clients enabling him to generate new business opportunities for the company The sales manager must have a sales strategy to follow , sets the target and achieve results that are analyzed quarterly through KPIs.This managerial position seeks a strong personality that can create a sales team to work on ground hardly for the goals set to achieve the targeted results according the periodic strategy set and agreed .The candidate will enjoy a sales commission of 10% from the new opportunities created and secured for the company for a long period in house alongside the fixed monthly salary .
Position requirements
- Bachelor Degree (Master degree is a plus to be considered as an Advantage )
- Very Good-excellent English Speaking/writing
- Ambitious
- Determinant personality
- Shipping line Work experience (Advantage to be considered )
- Freight Forwarding experience in sales is a must
- EIFFA/FIATA Diploma/ IATA field certificates
- Strong communication skills
- Strong relationships with carriers
- PR Skills
- Abroad Freight Exhibitions/Conference attendance (Advantage to be considered)
- Sales team creation and leadership
- Experience 10 years minimum Experience
- Working Hours 9 am - 4 pm
- Working Days Sunday - Thursday (Saturdays/Fridays off )
