Full-Scope Logistics & Installation of Airline Flight Simulators – Egypt ⇆ USA Project
Our Project Team was assigned to manage a highly valuable and sensitive operation involving the shipment, handling, and installation of Airline Flight Simulators and their accessories between Egypt and the USA for a key client.
- The team successfully executed comprehensive pre-planning, site surveys, discharging, lifting on-site installation, coordination with all stakeholders, and full inbound & outbound logistics operations.
- The complexity of this project stemmed from the high value and extreme sensitivity of each component during devanning, lifting, maneuvering, and on-site installation. Despite these challenges, our Project Team executed the operation seamlessly, achieving zero errors and delivering the entire project precisely on schedule.
